Initiate order process

Select your desired rings from our collections. Place them in the configurator to make individual changes. Click on -Request offer-. You will then receive your personal customer number by e-mail and can access our customer platform. You can change the rings saved in the offer at any time and will always be shown the current price. The price is not fixed until the order is placed or the deposit is received.

Your ring size

In Austria, wedding rings are worn on the right ring finger and engagement rings on the left ring finger.

Unfortunately, ring size is not the same as ring size!
Depending on the shape and width of the ring, it will feel different.

If you do not know your ring size yet, please put a thread tightly around the part of your finger where the ring should sit later. This value is enough of a guide for us to provide you with our ring sizing service.

If you know a different ring size, e.g. diameter or American ring width, you are also welcome to let us know.

Oversizes

For ladies' rings from a ring size of 58 and men's rings from a ring size of 68, we charge an additional fee for extra material and special effort during production:

For rings from our jewellery programme we charge an additional fee from a width of 58, which we will be happy to inform you about on request.

Request ring size samples

We have ring size samples in sizes 45 - 74. Once we have received the approximate size from you, we can send you the appropriate ring size samples based on your quote or order.

Our ring size samples are free of charge for you, you will receive them by post. We will send you two to three ring size samples per person. Please return these to us after you have tried them on (max. 10 days). For the return, a return envelope with our address is always enclosed, which you only have to stamp!

Ring size service costs:

Within Austria return by registered mail: 3,65 EUR
Important: However, we will only send ring size samples if a binding order has been placed.

Please send the ring size samples back to us within 10 days. You will be charged €40 for each ring that is not returned to us.

IMPORTANT: Your fingers may be subject to influences such as heat/cold, time of day, increase in fluids or the practice of certain sports (e.g. tennis, handball) and may therefore change their circumference. You should take this into account when determining your ring sizes!

We recommend that you test the ring sizes over one to two days. The ring will then fit you perfectly when it fits lightly on your finger and goes down with a little resistance. Intermediate sizes such as 55.5 are also possible in an order.

Our sample service (from an order value starting with 800 Euro)

A very special service when ordering wedding rings is that of samples. If you want to preview the chosen rings, you will be able to order them, starting with an order value of 800 Euro, as fake samples. Fake samples give you a more accurate picture of your rings.

The standard fake sample corresponds to the ring you choose in terms of shape, width, height and size and is silver in color! So you will not see any colors like yellow, red, gray etc.

Costs for sample service:

Standard false sample: 40 Euro per ring sample
the return, if you send us back the sample rings for settlement.

If you want to order designs which are different than the standard sample ring, such as joint, stone cladding, engraving, special finishess then you can do it for an addition.

For making your sample rings we need approx. 14 days.

We recommend that you check the size of the rings beforehand with our wide rings.

Engravings

We offer you several possibilities to engrave your wedding rings.

Laser engraving on the inside of the ring (standard writing): please look for the type of writing you want from our available models! Costs per ring: 10,- EUR.
Laser engraving on the inside of the ring (individual): In the case of this high quality variant, you will be able to laser engrave everything on the inside of your ring, from your handwriting to special signs and designs. We will only need a model from you. Ask us, we will be happy to help you. Costs per ring: 50,- EUR.
Laser engraving on the outside or on the side of the ring, on the edge. And in this case we need a model from you. Costs per ring: 100, - EUR.
Laser engraving of the fingerprint: 100,- EUR per ring. (Recommended on a ring width starting with 6mm)
For jewellery rings and engagement rings we offer a laser engraving on the inside of the ring. Costs per ring: 50,- EUR.

Payment

We accept payment in advance by bank transfer. The reason for prepayment is that at 123GOLD every wedding ring and piece of jewellery is made from scratch according to your specifications. You pay according to the following scheme:

Upon order you will pay at least 50% of the contract value.
As soon as the rings or jewellery are produced, you will receive a message from us. And only after the end of the production will you pay the rest of the amount.
As soon as we post the payment receipt, we will deliver your order.

You will obtain our bank details once the order is confirmed.

Please note: The production of the ordered goods can be charged only after our account has been credited with 50% of the contract value. And the delivery of the ordered goods will take place only after the entry of the payment for the total value of the order.

Shipping costs

We deliver the order as a value letter by post. Delivery is Monday - Friday, the postman requires a signature.

Within Austria

for an order value of less than 800 EUR -> 15,- EUR
for an order value from 800 EUR -> 35,- EUR

Within the EU

The shipping costs will be requested on an order-by-order basis from a courier, from 45,- EUR

Delivery time

For the production of your wedding rings we need 2 to 5 weeks, depending on which model you have chosen and depending on how requested our manufacturers are. In the order confirmation we will also communicate the advance delivery time. Normally, production is completed within 14 days of receiving the advance payment.

If we have to hurry: we will be happy to deliver your wedding rings or jewellery to you immediately. Please call us so we can arrange a quick order!
